- Format Menu added - This lets you enter HTML Code without going through the assistants. Format Menu includes: Bold, Italic, Underline, Blink, Superscript, Subscript, Strikeout, Preformatted, Typewrite, Code, and Address. There are also new functions such as Blockquote and Align Left/Center/Right.
- New Extra - Insert Blackface (WebTV Only) - adds the <blackface> tag.
- New Save/Open Special - Open and save Windows/Unix files (HTML Creator will convert the different line breaks) - Thanks to Joerg Russow for suggesting this!
- In the HTML editor, hold down OPTION while pressing enter and <br> is automatically entered.
- Help Text - In the HTML Window, moving your mouse over the buttons now displays help.
- New application and document icons designed by Alexander Lawrence.
- Command keys for the extras have been modified, they now are command-shift-option-#.
- Enlarged the default size of the scratch pad.
- When starting up and the splash screen appears (registered version), pressing any key closes it immediatly.
- Preview in browser's key command is now COMMAND-R.
- A few internal bug fixes and cosmetic bugs. Fater code optimization of Find/Replace.
- When exporting and pressing cancel at the save dialog, HTML Creator no longer quits becuase of an unhandled error.
- Open Document bug fixed (this opened a document underneath the toolbar) - Thanks to Joerg Russow for telling me about this!
- Open Documents now open properly when being dragged over HTML Creator and position themselves correctly.
- More error handling added to HTML Creator so it does not quit when errors appear.
IMPORTANT: Hold OPTION while opening a document to automatically convert the file in to Mac line breaks!
KNOWN ISSUES: If previewing a file in a frameset, the frames will not load. I will look in to this for the next release.

-Scratch Pad - A window to save your ideas, HTML code, and more...
-Zoom Window - This zooms your window to the largest maximum area on your screen. This combats a bug with the zoom box.
-Insert Non Breaking space (in some browsers, empty tables need this!)
